1. DEFINITIONS

"The Creator Hub", "we", "us", or "our" refers to The Creator Hub, operated by Infinity X Investments Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 16998775.

"Platform" means the website located at www.thecreatorhub.co.uk and all associated services, tools, and features.

"Creator" means any individual who registers or applies to join the Platform as a content creator or influencer.

"Brand" means any company, organisation, or individual who engages with the Platform to access creator services.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any person accessing the Platform, whether as a Creator, Brand, or general visitor.

"Content" means any material, including text, images, video, audio, or other media created, uploaded, or distributed through or in connection with the Platform.

"Campaign" means a brand-sponsored content collaboration facilitated through the Platform.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Creator or Brand on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. CREATOR REGISTRATION & OBLIGATIONS

When applying to join The Creator Hub as a Creator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your profile information to keep it accurate
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards (ASA/CAP codes) and FTC guidelines where applicable
• Clearly disclose sponsored or paid content in accordance with UK advertising regulations
• Not misrepresent your follower count, engagement metrics, or audience demographics
• Produce original content that does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

5. BRAND OBLIGATIONS

Brands engaging with the Platform agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate campaign briefs including deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Make payments in accordance with agreed terms and timelines
• Respect Creator intellectual property and usage rights as defined in individual Campaign agreements
• Not request Content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of advertising standards

6. CAMPAIGNS & PAYMENTS

The Creator Hub acts as an intermediary connecting Brands with Creators. Specific Campaign terms — including fees, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and payment schedules — are agreed between the parties on a per-Campaign basis.

Payment terms will be outlined in the relevant Campaign agreement or work order. The Creator Hub may charge service fees or commission as disclosed at the time of engagement.

We are not responsible for disputes arising between Brands and Creators regarding Campaign deliverables, quality, or payment, though we will use reasonable endeavours to assist with resolution.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property in the Platform — including branding, design, logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Infinity X Investments Ltd and/or The Viral Group. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform materials without prior written consent.

Creators retain ownership of their original Content unless otherwise agreed in a Campaign work order. By uploading Content to the Platform, Creators grant The Creator Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote such Content in connection with the Platform and its marketing activities.

8. CONTENT STANDARDS

All Content created, uploaded, or shared through the Platform must:

• Be accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• Not contain defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or hateful material
• Not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Comply with all applicable UK advertising standards and regulations
• Not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any Content and/or suspend any account that breaches these standards, without prior notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by or to you through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Creator Hub, Infinity X Investments Ltd, The Viral Group, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us at Get in Touch.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
