1. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

This Agreement is non-exclusive. Creators are free to work with other platforms, agencies, brands, and networks simultaneously. The Creator Hub does not claim exclusive rights over any Creator's services, content, or commercial relationships.

Creators participate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of The Creator Hub, The Viral Group, or Infinity X Investments Ltd.

2. CREATOR OBLIGATIONS

By joining The Creator Hub network, you agree to:

• Maintain an active, public social media presence on at least one major platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Respond to Campaign offers within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours)
• Deliver Campaign content to the agreed standard, brief, and timeline
• Disclose all sponsored content in accordance with ASA/CAP advertising codes (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or paid partnership labels)
• Not engage in fraudulent activity including purchasing fake followers, likes, or engagement
• Behave professionally in all communications with Brands and The Creator Hub team

3. THE CREATOR HUB OBLIGATIONS

We agree to:

• Provide fair, transparent Campaign opportunities matched to your niche and audience
• Communicate Campaign briefs, deliverables, and compensation clearly
• Facilitate timely payment in accordance with agreed Campaign terms
• Respect your creative freedom within the bounds of Campaign briefs
• Handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR

4. CAMPAIGNS & COMPENSATION

Campaign terms — including deliverables, fees, usage rights, and timelines — will be agreed on a per-Campaign basis via a separate work order or Campaign brief.

Creators are free to accept or decline any Campaign opportunity. Acceptance of a Campaign constitutes a binding commitment to deliver the agreed content.

The Creator Hub may charge a service fee or commission on Campaign earnings, disclosed at the point of Campaign acceptance.

5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Creators retain ownership of all original content they produce unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a Campaign work order.

By participating in a Campaign, Creators grant the Brand and The Creator Hub a licence to use the Campaign content as specified in the work order. Default usage is for the Brand's owned channels for the Campaign duration.

Extended usage rights (e.g., paid advertising, whitelisting, repurposing) must be agreed and compensated separately.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Creators agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Brands or The Creator Hub in connection with Campaigns, including unreleased products, campaign strategies, and commercial terms.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Termination does not affect any obligations arising from Campaigns already accepted and in progress — these must be completed as agreed.

The Creator Hub reserves the right to remove a Creator from the network immediately if they breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that brings the network into disrepute.

8. LIABILITY

The Creator Hub acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between Creators and Brands regarding Campaign content, payment, or deliverables. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to mediate and resolve disputes.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform terms of service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
